Reservations: Interested clients must fill out the Birthday Party Request Form (see website) to start the reservation process at least one week in advance. Parties are not considered “booked” until a non-refundable deposit has been paid.

Ages: for children who are turning ages 3 through age 9.

Fees: $175 for 90 minutes (up to 10 children)

• $100 non-refundable deposit

• $45 non-refundable cleaning fee

• $30 Teacher-led group activities for up to 10 children

Available Days/Times: Saturdays 12:00-1:30pm or 2:00-3:30pm

Party Schedule:

15 minutes Client Arrival to Set Up prior to guests arriving

5 minutes Guests Arrival Time

30 minutes Teacher-led Group Activities in the Dance Studio room

25 minutes Food and Gifts in the lobby

15 minutes Clean-up and Departure

(90 minutes Total)

Includes access to the following:

• Lobby (with 8 chairs and a 6-foot food table with a disposable table cloth)

• Dance Studio (for 30-minute teacher-led activities)

• Bathroom

• Dressing Room (Girl’s only)

• Trash bins

• Party music (family-friendly, clean music only; can be coordinated with some themes)

Does NOT include themed decorations, partyware (plates, cups, napkins, plasticware, etc.), balloons, food, or drinks.

Studio Rules:

• Each guest must have a signed Birthday Guest Waiver & Release Form on file to participate in activities.

• At least one parent/guardian of the birthday child must remain in the studio during the entire party/event.

• At least one other parent/guardian of party guests must remain in the studio to assist children with bathroom needs.

• Food may only be consumed in the front lobby area.

• Any remaining food must be removed by the client before departure.

• All trash must be disposed of in Danceworx provided trash cans.

• No alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or illegal drugs are allowed in or near the building, as per law.

• No gum, food, drinks (other than contained water bottles), toys/party favors, or balloons are allowed in the dance room; please keep them in the lobby area only.

• Group activities, equipment, and props are only for the children.

• Adults may watch from the hallway or lobby areas.

• Only female children and adults are allowed in the dressing room.

• No silly string, glitter, confetti, piñatas, or wall decorations allowed.

• No tape, thumbtacks, nails, or Command hooks on walls or trim.

Financial Terms:

• Party fees must be paid in full BEFORE the day of the party.

• The non-refundable deposit must be paid before your reservation is considered “booked”.

• The cleaning fee is non-refundable.

• A two-week notice is required to receive a refund for any previously paid fees, excluding the non-refundable deposit and cleaning fee.

• The client is responsible for any additional charges/fees that may be incurred due to damages to the property or persons during the birthday party event.

• Danceworx accepts credit/debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Square payment methods (including American Express). NO CASH OR CHECKS, PLEASE.

I have read the terms and conditions found within this document before requesting a birthday party reservation and agree that I am at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this reservation agreement with Danceworx Academy LLC.
